Overview

MadPlay ("we", "our", "the app") is a workout tracking app. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

When you use MadPlay without an account, all data stays on your device. We do not collect or transmit any information.

If you choose to sign in with Apple for cloud sync, we collect:

• Apple User ID — A unique, anonymous identifier provided by Apple (not your email or name)
• Display Name — Only if you choose to share it during Sign in with Apple
• Workout Data — Your workouts, templates, body weight entries, and custom exercises (only when you manually push to the cloud)

How We Use Your Data

• To sync your workout data across your devices
• To restore your data if you switch devices

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data Storage

Cloud sync data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete Account.

Your Rights

• Access — All your data is visible in the app at all times
• Deletion — Delete your account and all server-side data instantly from the app
• Portability — Your data is stored locally on your device and can be accessed without an account

Children's Privacy

MadPlay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
